Still since it’s part of the package and I might want to use the Halion playback template and sounds at some point I’d love to resolve this issue. The files are: FCPSMT079HSSEPro.vstsound. This contains the whole HALion Sonic SE 3 library, including HS SE Pro, you are probably missing. And now I have some sounds missing when playing some instruments in Halion. If you don’t see it, download it again from the Steinberg Download Assistant > Cubase > Cubase 11 Pro > HALion Sonic SE 3 Content. I keep having around 20 pop up that i have to click ignore when I open Cubase. I’m at my wit’s end – but as I say I mostly use NotePerformer so it’s not crippling my notation efforts. I moved some libraries from my laptop internal hard disk to an external SSD, and I think some files went missing in the process. Starting Dorico gives me the same error message and there’s no Halion playback template in the list. To Navigation change To Content change To Service change Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Using Steinberg Download Assistant I have scanned down to the entries for Halion outside of the Dorico entries and made sure that everything (including sounds!) is installed. I usually use NotePerformer so I hadn’t noticed any lack of Halion playback templates until just now, but this whole error message thing is a very recent development on this computer. They are installed with all versions of Halion and contain resources for macro page controls (knobs, switches) and effects (reverence). Close the Library Manager, launch Cubase, and open a project that uses the plugin. Launch the Steinberg Library Manager to register the newly-installed content. When I just went to the “Playback Template” dialog there is no entry for Halion – probably because Dorico can’t find the content. Install both the Instrument and Content downloads for HALion Sonic SE or Groove Agent SE, depending on which plugin youre having trouble with. One curious thing is that when I run Halion Sonic standalone there’s no such warning message and when I run Halion Sonic SE3 standalone there’s no such error message, so obviously some of Steinberg’s software realizes the content is loaded. ![]() It just appears on my Windows10 desktop computer. Then I used “install again” for the other two entries which mention Halion and then restarted Dorico - same error message. I rebooted the computer and then started Dorico. Team R2R 2.09GB HALion Sonic SE 3 is a stripped-down version of HALion Sonic 3 without giving up on sound quality and accessibility. I did the “install again” thing for Halion SE - Content and started Dorico.
